Industrial Designer

Shape modular homes and components into thoughtful products that are beautiful, practical, and ready to manufacture at scale.

What you'll do

  • Develop concepts, CAD models, and physical prototypes
  • Translate resident and site needs into modular product systems
  • Partner with engineering and manufacturing on materials and DfMA

What you'll bring

  • Experience in industrial, product, or spatial design
  • Strong CAD, visualisation, and prototyping skills
  • An understanding of materials and manufacturing processes

R&D Engineer

Explore, prototype, and validate new systems across modular construction, automation, materials, and digital manufacturing.

What you'll do

  • Design experiments and turn hypotheses into working prototypes
  • Test structural, material, and production-system performance
  • Convert research findings into supplier-ready specifications

What you'll bring

  • A background in mechanical, structural, mechatronics, or materials engineering
  • Hands-on testing, data analysis, and technical documentation skills
  • Curiosity across both physical systems and emerging technology
